一.基本情况
    郭军,男,汉族,博士,副教授,博士生导师。目前在西北农林科技大学植保学院从事教学和科研工作。2007年入选校“青年科研骨干”;2012年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。

二.研究领域或方向
    寄主与病原互作的功能基因组学;寄主植物的抗病机制和病原的致病机制;寄主与病原互作过程中的信号通路及作用机理。

三.工作学习简历
1998.7    莱阳农学院蔬菜专业本科毕业,获农学学士学位;
1998-2001 在浙江大学攻读农学硕士学位;
2001-2005 在中国农科院攻读农学博士学位;
02.7-12; 04.9-11  在荷兰瓦赫宁根大学作为联合培养博士生从事科研工作
2008.10   获荷兰瓦赫宁根大学植物病理学博士学位
2005.07-2008.11  讲师,西北农林科技大学植物保护学院
2008.12-至今 副教授,西北农林科技大学植物保护学院

四.学术及科研情况
    先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,教育部科学技术研究重点项目,教育部青年教师博士点基金,博士后基金,校青年科研骨干基金,中央高校基本科研业务费优青项目等课题;参与973项目、863项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、教育部长江学者和创新团队发展计划项目、高等学校学科创新引智计划资助项目、农业部转基因生物新品种培育重大专项等科研项目。

    在“Molecular Plant-Microbe Interactions”、“PLoS ONE”、“Fungal Genetics and Biology”、“Plant Physiology and Biochemistry”、、“Gene”、“Molecular Biology Reports”、 “Plant Biology”、 “微生物学报”、“中国农业科学”、“园艺学报”、“植物病理学报”、“西北植物学报”等刊物发表论文40余篇,其中SCI论文16篇,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文11篇。工作期间获陕西省科技进步一等奖1项。
