  刘学波,男,1975年9月出生,黑龙江克山县人,博士,教授,博士生导师,西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院副院长,入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划、陕西省中青年科技创新领军人才计划,荣获2015年度中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖-杰出青年奖,兼任中国食品科学技术学会食品营养与健康分会理事、陕西省营养学会副理事长、《中国食品学报》编委。

1997.08-2001.03  东北农业大学, 助教;

2008.12-至今  西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院,2010年6月起任副院长(2014年12月-2015年12月任陕西科技大学校长助理(挂职))

三、研究领域或方向

    食品分子营养学,具体为:① 天然食品因子的营养功能性评价及分子机制;② 功能因子体内代谢的化学生物学研究;③ 纳米技术应用于功能食品开发中的分子基础。

四、开设课程及指导研究生情况

    承担本科生“食品营养学”及研究生“食品科学学科进展”等课程讲授。

    目前培养毕业博士5名、硕士12名,在读博士研究生7名、硕士研究生18名。
